You may return your order to us within 30 days from its delivery date. 3. Merchandise must be in new condition, with all original tags and labels on the garment or items(s). The item(s) returned due to web or special orders canceled will have a 15% restocking fee. 4. Upon merchandise’s return, we will issue a full refund except shipping cost for the cost of the merchandise. We can only refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error.
